Fees & Rebates

Session Fees 

  1. Sessions are billed at a rate of $100 for a 60-minute session.
  2. The charges for Couple Counselling versus Individual Counselling versus Family Counselling is same i.e. AUD $100 per session. 
  3. Client can either make an online/ telehealth booking by making an appointment.
  4. Clients are required to make an advance payment for a minimum 4 sessions in a 12-month calendar year. 
  5. Or can make a payment plan of paying half, for example for 4 x 60-minute session, cost is $400 so client can pay $200 deposit for 2 x 60-minute sessions and pay another $200 for further 2 x 60-minute sessions in a 12-month calendar year. 
  6. Payment will be retained in the event of late cancellation (less than 48 hours’ notice) or non-attendance. 
  7. Fees are reviewed periodically.
  • Client Needing Letter of Support

Written reports, letters, or information shared with third parties (e.g. schools, NDIS, GPs, insurers) require written consent and may attract an additional fee of $50. To protect client privacy and professional boundaries, Social Worker/ Mental Health Practitioner does not engage with clients via social media or acknowledge therapeutic relationships in public or online spaces.

  • Cancellation Policy 

If you need to cancel or postpone an appointment, at least 48 business hours’ notice is required. A $100 cancellation fee will be charged for late cancellations or non-attendance and will be retained from the booking deposit. Please make every effort to notify the practice if you are unable to attend, as other clients are waiting for appointments. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me.
