Become a GWAAP Intercultural Ambassador to Australia

Seeking participants from Pakistan from different ethnic tribes, provinces and territories in the following categories:

 

1: Baloch (Any from A: Languages spoken Balochi or Brahvi. B: Sheedi C: South Punjab Area)

2: Gilgit Baltistani

3: Hazara (Darri or Urdu speaking)

4: Hindko

5: Kalasha

6: Kashmiri

7: Pakhtun (A: Pashto speaking B: Pathan Urdu speaking)

8: Punjabi (rural)

9: Saraiki

10: Sheedi (Balochi, Brahvi or Sindhi speaking)

11: Sindhi (rural)

12: Waziristani

 

 

 

Prerequisites:
  • Age between 21- 35. Any gender.
  • Know the local language of your community or tribe.
  • Must be living in Pakistan or Australia, or be a Pakistani citizen.
  • Have conversational English language skills.
  • Provide evidence of community leadership.
  • Application fee: PAK Rs. 2000 per person.
Program Objectives:
  • 2-day Training Workshop via zoom focusing on A: Introduction to Australia. B: Understanding Multiculturalism.
  • Opportunity to present a diverse Pakistan and publicly speak about your culture to an Australian audience via zoom.
  • Participate in Australian leadership forums online.
  • Share your digital-story with C61 Media.
  • Receive AUD $40 for your participation annually.
